ANLAN Electric Eye Massager Review (Esthetician Reviews)

Working from home has its own perks, but unfortunately, it comes with a few minor side effects.

The increased use of digital devices and screen time for work and recreation has also lead to an increase in eye strain, fatigue, headaches, and even mood swings.

I often catch myself straining to read something, and letters turn to mush after spending hours on my laptop. This is usually when I remind myself I need to pause and take a break. But it’s not until I close my eyes in bed when I start to feel the stinging from all the screen time throughout the day.

Luckily, I found a solution that helped relax my eyes after a long day and I honestly cannot wait until my day is finished so that I can enjoy using it.

I was contacted by ANLAN, a beauty brand that focuses on technology skincare, and they asked if I wanted to test and review one of their bestsellers – an electric eye massager. I didn’t think twice before accepting. Therefore, I am excited to share my opinions and experience with using this product.

This is my ANLAN Electric Eye Massager Review, but let’s get started by naming a few benefits of using eye massagers:

Do Eye Massagers Really Work?

Do Eye Massagers Really Work

NB: What if I told you I can show you how to never have acne again? If you have acne and want it gone, read this message.

Eye massagers work by increasing blood circulation and this helps improve skin tone around the eyes and eliminate dark circles

In addition, eye massagers can tighten the sagging skin around the eyes and give a temporary lifting effect. But besides this, here are a few immediate benefits eye massagers can offer:

Like any massage, an eye massager can help you recover from the stress of your day by relieving tension and providing a sense of relaxation.

Eye massages also stimulate the blood flow in your brain, which can improve your mood.

Warmth and well-being

ANLAN’s Electric Eye Massager warms up to 45°C and I find this feature particularly enjoyable at the end of a long day because it helps promote a feeling of warmth and well-being.

Headache Relief

Eye massagers can be helpful if you have chronic tension headaches because the vibrations they emit allow you to release the tension and increase blood flow.

What is the Electric Eye Massager?

The ANLAN Electric Eye Massager is a compact tool that uses high-frequency vibrations that help relax eye strain, as well as firm and tighten the skin.

The massager also features a thermal treatment and can warm up from 380C to 450C, to help improve the blood circulation of the skin around the eyes, eliminate puffiness and dark circles, as well as promote better product absorption.

How Does The Electric Eye Massager Work?

Here are the main features I personally find useful in the Electric Eye massager:

How Do You Use An Eye Massager

ANLAN’s Electric Eye Massager features three different vibration strengths that can be manually adjusted by pressing the on and off button.

The levels can be described as low, medium, and high-strength, and these can be used to help relieve stress from different pressure points in the eye area.

For example, I enjoy using the highest-strength vibration setting on the Zan Zhu pressure point located along the inner-eye area, next to the nose.

This usually helps me relieve mild to moderate headaches, therefofe I prefer using the electric eye massager and avoid taking a painkiller whenever I can.

Massaging the Zan Zhu pressure point can also help relieve red, itchy, or sore eyes, excessive tear production, allergies, and allergy-induced headaches.

Additionally, I like to use the lower strengths on my Si Zhu Kong pressure point which is found at the tip end of the brow and away from the eye.

This helps me relieve tension in my temples, which happens to be a common culprit for an eye strain.

Warmth and Well-being

Do Eye Massagers Really Work

ANLAN’s Electric Eye Massager has a setting that can be adjusted by clicking on the top button with a little thermometer on it and this allows it to warm up to 45°C.

I love this setting because it provides me with a sense of warmth and well-being where I can just close my eyes and enjoy my treatment to the fullest.

I usually find the highest temperature a bit too warm for my inner-eye area but this is extremely pleasant when used along the brow line and the tip end of the brow (away from the eye).

On the other hand, you can switch off the warming setting by clicking the button one more time once it reaches 45°C.

Light therapy

The Electric Eye Massager also offers three different LED lights that can be adjusted by clicking on the middle button with a bulb on it.

Best Electric Eye Massagers

Red LED or the anti-aging color has the ability to stimulate the production and repair of collagen and elastin in the skin and make the skin appear firmer and the existing wrinkles less prominent. When using this light for anti-aging purposes, make sure not to go too close to the eye and stick to massaging the eye orbit (the bony cup surrounding your eye).

Blue Light Therapy Massager

Blue LED isn’t as bright as the red color and is more suitable for relaxing the eyes and eliminating puffiness.

Eye Massager

Yellow LED is best used at the end of your treatment as it helps soothe any potential redness left if your skin happens to react easily.

On the other hand, you can switch off the light therapy setting by clicking the button one more time once you’re on the yellow (last) setting.

How To Use The Electric Eye Massager?

I love using the ANLAN Electric Eye Massager right after applying my moisturizer (or eye cream) to help create warmth in the area and promote better product absorption.

You can also use it with a cooling eye gel as this will counteract the warmth this device emits if that’s not something you’re into.
